Timber Creek offers custom cut lumber and panels. This is a very popular service we offer to our customers who prefer to have the exact size materials they need with no waste.
Export Crating & Packaging
 Using Timber Creek to design and manufacture your custom crating needs assures that your goods will arrive intact and undamaged at their destination. We take the guess-work out of the export packaging process. We help our customers consider how the product is being moved (Air, Road, Rail, Sea), and whether a plywood box, heavy-duty crate, or disposable or re-usable pack should be used. We adhere to international regulations for exporting, and help our customers through the packaging regulations associated with the process.
Boxes and crates can be wrapped in transparent and heat sealable polyethylene films to provide the combined benefit of vapor barrier and anti-corrosion protection in a simple to use form.
 Heat Treating
Timber Creek has its own 300 pallet capacity kiln which produces heat treated pallets, skids and lumber to conform to ISPM 15 heat treat regulations needed for export shipping. We are registered with Timber Products Inspection, and certified to produce and stamp ISPM 15 lumber, crates, boxes, pallets and skids. Heat treating of a customer's own material is also available upon request.

TCR Fleet
The Timber Creek Resource fleet, with over 10 trucks is capable of providing swift and prompt service. We have large flat-bed trucks and trailers, van trailers, and shorter straight  trucks to get into smaller docks where space is limited. Our diverse fleet ranging from 24' to 53' is capable of accommodating a wide variety of load sizes. We also have the flexibility to dock load or side load your products.
With the experienced and dedicated TCR fleet staff, we can ensure on time delivery for your packaging needs.
